The Plank, Super-Set Me

Two days to go, feeling OK but the body a bit worn.  Really good work-out yesterday with the super-sets kicking in and sticking with healthy food.  Trying out the plank this morning (one of my favorite PCP exercises), with the invariable pile-on by the little guys.  Good luck heading to the finish line. -rp
